In Motion Technology Adds Tech Leaders to Board of Directors
Communications Industry Leaders Bring Expertise, Vision
VANCOUVER, BC – October 18, 2007 - In Motion Technology, a leader in vehicle area networks, today announced the addition of two well-known veterans in telecommunications and technology to its board of directors: Peter A. Howley, Chairman of Success Generation Systems and Western Ventures and John Malone, President and CEO of The Eastern Management Group.

Pete Howley brings extensive telecommunications experience through his numerous executive positions at AT&T, MCI, Citizens Utilities Company and Centex Telemanagement. Currently, he is chairman of Success Generation Systems and Western Ventures and is a senior advisor, board member and investor to a number of early stage companies. In addition, he has been a founder or co-founder and CEO of five companies including IPWireless, a world leader in developing advanced next generation mobile broadband technology.

John Malone is founder, President and CEO of The Eastern Management Group, a highly-respected consulting firm that provides strategic services to communications companies and government agencies around the world. Since 1979, Malone has advised major telecommunications manufacturers, software companies and carriers on four continents. Earlier in his career, Malone spent 10 years at AT&T developing corporate strategy and managing sales and marketing organizations across the United States. His principal area of expertise is assisting technology companies establish dominant competitive positions in the marketplace.
